KATE HALDRUP

Hello and welcome! My name is Kate Haldrup, I am a Nashville-based audio engineer and drummer with a background in studio recording, analog tape machine recording and maintenance, and live sound.

I wear a few hats - I am currently TM/FOH for GRAMMY-award winning artist Sam Bush, and TM/FOH for Liz Cooper. I am the Studio Manager at OurVinyl Studios, a touring drummer, and freelance studio and on-location sound engineer. I have worked with the production team at OurVinyl since 2019 as a tracking engineer.

I have had the pleasure of supporting artists on drums such as - Lilly Hiatt, Erin Rae, Thelma and the Sleaze, Nick Harley, and ElonMusk.

I've been lucky enough to work with lots of inspiring folks in the studio as well, like - SG Goodman (engineer), Lilly Hiatt (engineer/mixing), Lou Turner (engineer/mixing), Loss (assistant engineer), Bri Murphy (engineer), The Weird Sisters (engineer), and DD Island (engineer/mixing), to name a few.

I've worked with amazing up-and-coming artists as an on-location tracking engineer with OurVinyl and independently such as Drew Parker, Jake Wesley Rogers, Arlo McKinley, R.LUM.R, Lera Lynn, Parker Millsap, Skyway Man, and many more.
